On fire teases in postman. 11:31
      Philly 9/29/17

I'll let this one simmer for a bit. It's kinda there, but I'm on the fence. If you wouldn't have said the time, not sure I would have even picked it out so great ear!

On fire teases in The Postman 2017-10-06 at around 8 minute mark, moving forward.

This one is tricky. I'm going to just list it as On Fire tease for now but at some point we may re-explore and make it "On Fire Jam" since it goes on for so long. Like is it really a tease when they stay with it for >1 minute?

On the available z-man AUD: 8:23 i would call a tease, but then from 9:20-10:45 it really stays with On Fire theme and then uses it as a launching point to some more jam afterwards. What are we going to say here, greater than >1 minute = list as Postman having an On Fire jam?

@RadiantDarkness Yeah, Jordan really runs with it and keeps that bass line and the rest of the band follows.

@RadiantDarkness just re-listened. It is close. Seems like the same rhythm, but a different tone from Brian. Maybe I’ve just listened to On Fire more times than I’d like to admit.

This may be a reach, but I’m hearing some Allmans starting around 8:00 of the 12/31/13 Windmill.

It goes for over a min. Maybe not an explicit tease, but possibly someone with a better ear can nail it down.

Check out the Bloomington Bee Jam. At about 3 minutes of Dave Lewis's recording Brian starts playing a lick that sounds a lot like a Walls tease.

My mind is a little frazzled but I'm not hearing it. We can still add it if it's obvious my earlobes need cleaning.

Can't BELIEVE I didn't write down where it came from, it was definitely this tour in the last two weeks, but I heard Red play the opening chord riffs of Two Tickets to Paradise!

Not sold on this one either. Maybe I do really need to do this with headphones, especially when they aren't SBDs.

I'll go through some of the ones posted that I haven't listened to probably after this tour is over. Lots of new Spafford to listen to!

I'm going through the Halloween show and will post what I'm annotating in hopes it creates a better understanding of what constitutes a tease and otherwise.

Post Crocodile Rock is listed as fully going back into the song Lion Sleeps Tonight because the whole band shifts back into it and they play it for longer than they did to start the show. pretty simple
                                  (using nugs sbd times)

12:58 - 13:18 in windmill is lion sleeps tonight tease --> less than 30 seconds i'm not even going to question between tease and adding it fully to the setlist

LTLO 3:43-3:48 & 3:57-4:00 (not as pronounced) from Red 4:18-4:24 (red again, diff keys) lion sleeps teases
                                  LTLO 10:23 - 10:43 Lion Sleeps teases
LTLO marked in setlist as having The Lion Sleeps Tonight Teases

The Lion Sleeps Tonight in between Weasel is really two Lion Sleeps tonight teases (0:29-:057 & 1:25-1:52) even though they listed it as a separate song, we aren't going to because well it's not.... it's Weasel with teases

Okay, found it! Only took me a week. Dream Jam 10/8/17. 2:26 mark.

Opening chords of Two Tickets to Paradise! Very subtle, may not have been intentional, but it's pretty clear.

I don't really get excited over teasing one's own songs...it's cool, but not THAT cool. ;-)..unless it's...REALY cool.

                                      I swear, I'm sober.

@mdjabber And when I say unintentional...I mean that it's possible Red found himself in the midst of it accidentally, then finished off the line before busting into that jam. 🙂
