really fun show up in flag. great start to the night w wes williams band opening and a lot of phoenix area people happy to be out of the heat and the band delivered a great show w a themed second set i was unaware of until well after the show ended.

Looking back, this may have been one of my favorite overall experiences with Spafford (pre/post show, etc.)

Great show/setlist, including the debut of "The Man", which really needs to be played more imo

@Frito-Pie haha... looks like it. they seem like they have a special connection to Chicago... beside Red being from Illinois is there any other history there I don't know about??

@Johnny-Love When this show was played, they had just announced their first Chicago dates at the Tonic Room. The Green Room show was kind of a last minute thing because they booked it when another band canceled a few weeks prior. I'm guessing Chicago was on the brain (and clipart was handy).
It was the last bar show in Flagstaff, and felt like a proper sendoff.
