Midnight Longview?

Is it just me, or do they play Midnight Rider like it's Longview?
MR has a very distinctive guitar rhythm that I just don't hear in their version. I pretty much love all the sounds this band makes, so no criticism intended. Just wondering if anyone else hears what I hear.

Yeah, I really like the way they arrange some of their covers and Midnight Rider is a little more reggae funk than Longview.
If anything I think Longview kinda starts out like a slowed down Aint' Wasting Time No More.
