Dark times call for upbeat jams... I'll start with the 2/1/19 It's a Bunch: https://play.nugs.net/#/catalog/recording/21311

It SOARS, never gets old and is guaranteed to bring a smile. I really wish this one was somewhere off of Nugs so I could share it with more people.

      What you got?

When it comes to bliss, Alternative Ending is tough to beat. So many great versions out there. Honestly, pick one and it will be the right answer in that moment.

          The ultimate Alternate Ending.

First post, just finding these guys. Been with Umphreys for years and years and I’m all about the soar!

I like what I hear so far! Seems like it’s Spaffords go to jam.

Welcome aboard @Clayton-James! I'd probably vote Bee Jam as the go-to... if you have the time, load up 10/19/17 🙂

I think it's pretty hard to beat that Alternate ending from the 3/6/20 show they released.

@Clayton-James Try the Doug Fir LTLO and Slip & Squander, both some of the best. It's the only LTLO jam I've heard that starts the 2nd jam in a major key and it sings 🙂

2/16/19 Alternate Ending is the current champ IMO.

                            11/15/2018 Santa Cruz. - The Catalyst !
still the best show I've seen and the only 7 day 5 show west coast run from LA to SF I've toured except in BC.

every song, all 5 minus encore, is a long n luscious, carefully crafted encyclopedia in psychedelic trancendentalfunk and vivid inner voyages. pure goosepimple time.

esp. BF and that BJam~>My Road! (transition=not of this earth)

highly rec'd for what you're looking for 🙂
                            much love,be well.

Salamander from Live Vol 2 soars.

they kinda just comp the chords now and don’t shred the ending which i miss

@tpace I was there too, it's also one of my fav shows I've seen. I don't know what the actual capacity is but it felt like there were about 25 people there.

@jeenot nice 😄 yes, I'd say it started with 20 people and by the end maybe 40-50 lol. what an absolute funkenfest each song turned into. very intimate place and the great 'za right outside after is way above average.
that show will find my X5 or stereo every couple of weeks without a doubt.
                                  peace.
