Gm (3-X-X-3-3-3) Brian plays it with thumb on top. A standard Gm also works (3-5-5-3-3-3) or Gm7 works too (3-5-3-3-3-3)
C9 (X-3-2-4-4-X) Slide into this chord from ½ step below sometimes.
      G9 (X-10-9-10-10-X)

      Intro
Gm C9 G9 (This is early intro guitar)
Gm C9 (Band start coming in on these chords)
Gm C9 (This is when guitar solo takes off with full band behind it)

      Verse

      Gm C9
Johnny’s in the background Sipping on all the things that he saw.
      Gm C9
A little bit of Mary Talking to escapees all night long.
      Gm C9

      Gm C9

Cause I’m on a roll, Aint that wrong I want to be myself Ain’t that wrong
      Bb F C
Take that home I want to free myself Take that home

      Gm C9 (2x)

      Verse
